-I then around the rest of the area of Mount Maunganui. From the end of downtown Mount. To Bayfair Shopping Centre. Have homes and property the size from the edge of downtown the Mount to the point of Bayfair. A massive property this size each who want it. And you can create your home and property any design you want

-and there is Bayfair Shopping Centre. With all the goods. Everything in those stores restores to the point of that day once a day

-each person who wants them can have all that land each

-planets just expand in size. So all who want a Mount Maunganui landscape can have one each
